Although there´s not any obligation for them, IMO they are morally obliged to speak with us and explain ... it´s their good reputation they are risking ... however in this current year they did everything to lose it, so there´s no need to save anything ... lost is lost ... so they are free and have no problem to act as they do it since months ... hope we aren´t their victims sooner or later ...
