In my opinion it is someone willing to spend both their time and money (even small amounts) to attempt to lower the SIRG PPS.

Granted, I'm not certain if the person/persons are doing it to obtain lower priced shares, or simply to drive the price down so they can try to say "see I was right."

Either way, I think it is planned and nefarious.

In the end, IF/WHEN Rod and crew come through, the little games won't matter.  We'll be at .05 before people can blink.
