well since the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
*changed* out some on TEVE .. it would appear that
(a) TOU is shifting to suit *again* .. (b) deep pocketed
entity needs CONtroll based on *awareness* that is
not publicly known by investors .. (c) delete ratios
re: investors need to be *orchestrated* for as needed
future utilization or (d) all of the above
