No - a poster should be able to back up their opinion or better yet facts. They argue dilution is 100% bad.
It does have benefits such as allows company to raise capital. Its the whole reason why share structure (O/S, A/S, etc) even exists. Every company dilutes. Marani is still under the A/S so they have not maxed out and become reckless.
Please ask: VFox: How she can prove Marani has unpaid payroll taxes.. I'm out of posts.. She can't!
