Yes it is, but it's only because Igor isn't so much a description as he is an "experience." (Papa nasty and LT know exactly what I mean).
Igor is a very intelligent man when it comes to being a relentless, never-give-up type of guy, but sociability isn't his forte. He's the brain that guides a team, not the motivational speaker that gets them pumped up for the work week....so-to-speak...
