$SIBE - Could be huge! Blended Schools Network the subsidiary of Sibling Group (SIBE) just became a signature partner with Blackboard.
Blackboard was purchased by Providence Equity Partners for $1.6 Billion in 2011. Blackboard/Edline currently does business with 1,000's of school districts in the U.S. right now.
Blackboard is now going to promote and offer SIBE online courses and content for K-12 to its existing school districts.
Providence Equity Partners manages $23 billion in equity investments in 100 companies in 20 countries. Providence owns Education Management Corporation, Blackboard, and Edline.
In my Opinion just having Blackboard pimpin' out BSN's products has immediately put $SIBE in front of even it's competitors you may see advertising on TV like K12.
