He does not have the seasoning that a much older individual with years in the industry would have in running a complex biotech company. He has not yet had the rough edges filed down that an older seasoned ceo with a similar education and IQ. I promise that 20 years from now he will not govern his company in the same way as he does now. It does seem that he has really good people around him and if he is 'wise beyond his years' he will listen and follow them and lead the company forward. Temper the criticism with reality is all.'
