I don't think much...The form 15 filing in 2012 has been used by the bash cromags as if it really means something in this case...It doesn't, $NTEK has been filing fins with the OTC, albeit not audited....After the form 15 expires, and if $NTEK is not current with fins they would get the "little red triangle" warning @ OTC....That's my understanding....I maybe be wrong...please school me someone.....
