I absolutely believe they are! But not their doing is what i was saying
It would be irresponsible for the company not to take advantage and buyback 15% of shares instead of say 7%!
Also if you saw a .25 cent stock selling for .06 or .07 wouldn't you buy?
My point is it is not the company, for the simple fact that, buyers could send this stock to .20 right now, if enough come in!
So it is more to do with how much people do not want to pay full price, because they are taking advantage of the PPS DROPS! So with everyone waiting to get them cheaper, there is no one buying in the high green yet!
