Actually, in my opinion, I think what we are seeing is the ones who did not want to commit until the final moments. After license, we will see the ones who were waiting for confirmation, and then we will see the actual INVESTORS come in to make some long plays.
In all of this as the pps rises, it will attract more shorts for the spikes and pullbacks until we uplist. JMO GLTA
