Re: Big White Dog #12177
BWD, I think anyone who gets into a heated debate as to whether or not you should have an opinion that agrees with them is too closed minded to deal with in the first place. As you stated, you should have questions and some doubt about things when they are not addressed to your satisfaction, after all it is your money that is at stake as well as others. Having said that, I also see the other side of the coin to some extent and feel that we do not live and invest in a perfect world. While JDR has taken a longer time to "fix" the ship so to speak, I think he has been as meticulous as possible to get it right and it is not shocking as to the timeframe for it to be addressed correctly. Again, I think all questions should and could be asked of him after the dust has settled with the SEC/FINRA and other agencies that review and consider his filings. But the over riding issue for me is that once he decided to put public statements of filings and impending audited financials being released through those filings, he sealed the curtain of scrutiny on himself and the company. Those twitter and FB postings have exposed his efforts to both us shareholders and the government entities that hold the company's fate in their proverbial hands. Risky stuff IMO unless he was confident enough to do them without fear of reprisals and legal consequences for him and the company? That is what gets me believing it will work out. IMO. I continue to advocate a balanced discussion and without that we are all screwed to holding our opinions and thoughts to ourselves and that cannot be a good thing in the long run. So good luck to all here as well.
