$BCAP will either gets its shares in RIGH or RIGH faces certain bankruptcy where Baron takes over the shell. Angel is in default and in a NO WIN situation. The only winner is BCAP in the matter of RIGH. You can't teach stupid. Apparently Angel Stanz is very stupid.
