The only reason pps went to .17 was cause ntek, and df, said np-1 was coming by xmas. Lorraine from ir even said by eoy. Yes, delays happen. But after it became apparent it wasn't coming on the timeline they said, and it passed, the pps has dropped and won't recover till audits are complete. Heck, even you posted on another board you moderate it was coming after ces. Whether the pps is 6 or 8 cents doesn't matter. I want it back to 15 or higher. Only audits, or validated big box deliveries will change that. Shorting is a fact of life on the open market, pinkie or blue chip. Doesn't matter. Nothing you say or do will stop it.
