RIGH is going to bankruptcy unless there's some novel legal precedent that Mr. Stanz believes applies only to him.
I have an Asset Purchase Agreement -- its called a mortgage. The bank owns my property until I pay the loan in full according to the terms of the contract the bank and I have. In the interim, while I continue to pay, I get to use their asset and consider it mine.
I believe we all know what happens if someone defaults on their mortgage. It's never the debtor who wins.
