You shouldn't be hard on the new admin, I am sure they are working their butts off trying to untangle the mess that was left to them. Backed up paper work is only part of what needs done. Getting right with the TRRC. We know they were working on seismic's sending them to be read, then filing for permits, getting funding, which must be hard from longs like us who have been there for so long. I wish I had what I am down to invest right now. Just getting a new board in with "oilmen" to run this ship, finding the right people. The list goes on, I just say give them a chance. so what if they havn't filed yet, I am sure they are working on it.
