I certainly don't want to give the impression of false hope, but if this was just from a PnD episode by a trading group, I would think someone like Cavendish, or similar could right the boat with pocket change..

Not that they would, and I think it would be more plausible for this to go to zero, as have all my other investments, because I am an idiot.
