With all due respect, the volume traded doesn't mean anything. If Thomas filled out a 144 to sell 31mil shares, yeah, this is a big deal.
What if the MM's take the 31mil and slowly dump them into the market. So, the public volume #'s don't mean anything. Matter of fact, this is exactly what the MM's would do so the price does not plummet.
We, the public, need to know this information, if it's not disclosed, that is intentional and I have a big problem with insiders intentionally withholding insider selling. This alone will make me sell what I have.
We all should be demanding access to this information. You are an owner of this company, an owner of this magnitude selling, don't you want to know?
