John Molnar


Chief Information Officer and Vice President - Supply Chain



John Molnar, Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Supply Change for Hodgepodge Solutions, has been with the company since its inception in March of 2010. His communication and technical abilities working with clients will help Hodgepodge Solutions excel as one of the foremost pioneers into the world of e-procurement.

Prior to Hodgepodge Solutions, Mr. Molnar worked as a Human Resource Developer for SAP AG in Walldorf, Germany in 1990. He was the first North American HR Developer for SAP AG and developed the HR module from its creation to the current functionality it provides to countless clients today. His development started in SAP’s R/2 Mainframe Environment through R/3 Client Server environment. After a two year development period in Germany, Mr. Molnar transferred back the United States where he was the first SAP Human Resource Consultant for all of North America. He was responsible for rolling out, developing and configuring the HR Module for the United States, Canada, Mexico and South America regions. After being the first consultant to successfully Go-Live with SAP’s first United States based HR client, Mr. Molnar was the North American Team Lead for the world wide roll out of SAP R/3 for SAP America.

Mr. Molnar has been through ten (10) Full Implementations, bringing these clients live from start to finish on the HCM Module throughout his 20+ years of working with SAP. He has also consulted with over 200+ clients throughout North America, South American and Asia. Mr. Molnar has implemented every SAP module under the Human Resource umbrella including consulting in every release in R/2 through R/3 (Release ECC 6.0). In addition, Mr. Molnar is responsible for the creation of SAP’s HR Certification program which is the industry standard for professional certification in this arena. Mr. Molnar was also an SAP Trainer for SAP America. Once he left SAP America in 1998, he still retained his relationship with the company by becoming a third party trainer for SAP. Utilizing his vast and unique experience, SAP would send him to their top clients in need of professional instructors and first class training.

Mr. Molnar holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has been a speaker for numerous HCM Conferences including SAP’s SAPPHIRE Conference. In his personal life, John is married and has two children. John holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and enjoys instructing others in the art form.
