The big difference here is that he is a CEO of a public company and has requested the ability to use FB and twitter to communicate with shareholders.
Once the SEC is aware that these avenues of communication are being used, JR can be held accountable. HUGE difference and NOT just "words on a screen." IMO
Especially taking into account that KMAG was suspended for questions regarding information dissiminated through PR's.
That said, I am not against what you are saying. We all would like more information. Hopefully that will come sooner rather than later.
