No md I spoke too soon. iambadbert said TGGI had Preferreds with a 1x10k conversion rate, and I went to OTC to see if this was correct in the latest Q, and did a search query with "Preferreds" and nothing came up, so I immediately assumed there were none, but if you scroll lower you'll notice that there are 5 mil Authorized Series AA and about half of them are outstanding.
