Here is one reason to go hush on rice 15 till the 10q. If you run around town telling everyone hey I struck oil, they will jump in and grab up all of the shares at a ridiculously low .0001 price. Now if you wait till the 10q comes out, and it shows that you made 75 grand in 3 months, still going strong, and that you have secured the s1 to tap into your 15mill line of equity to start production on other wells, everybody and their momma now wants a piece of what you have. Only this time they have to chase the the train as it is heading to higher numbers. And lord forbid you announce a stock buyback.
