What that made no sense? 100% NO!
First of all why would they cancel buybacks if the shares are at such a low PPS?
If anything they would increase them! You know 3 million buys you back about 10% of your company. Plus if my understanding is correct with 3 million Dollars and the returned escrow shares they may be able to buyback 20% of outstanding shares!!
That would cause a huge rise in PPS!
The shares are in escrow, in case NTEK cannot pay or establish credit, as soon as they do those 40 million are returned to the treasury!
Then buybacks are on top of that!!!
