Great find, Dances! Rezdy is hosting the booking system, meaning it's handling everything from checking availability to the checkout (payment) process. Zeus Travel pays a one time setup fee, followed by a monthly fee that provides a certain number of free bookings per month (with subsequent bookings costing a dollar or less per booking, depending on the monthly plan selected).
The booking system can then be integrated into an existing website (such as www.zeustravelinc.com). Zeus provides Rezdy with the tour product descriptions/prices, and Rezdy handles the rest! So, in short, the Rezdy website you found is a permanent site that the Zeus site will link to.
With regard to getting into the forum: I've provided detailed instructions in post 3419 which may assist you.
