I totally understand where you're coming from as I 'believe' most of the loyals have at least thought the same (if not voiced it openly)......BUT, really nothing has changed from the moment this was suspended except for the passage of time as once it became suspended it became a lottery play....hit or miss, plain and simple...what has separated this from most suspended stocks has been the faith of the vast majority of shareholders who have rightfully (IMO) believed in the character of the CEO, backed up by a company with no debt in a high-growth industry and showing ever increasing millions (until reporting was stopped)....

I still believe that JR is 100% genuine, but with so much at stake, no one should think anything about this process will be easy - if the reported shorting is a reality, those that have the most to lose will fight this to the bitter end.....that, I believe, is what is happening....it's not surprising that people waiting for such a long time will get frustrated, what's really surprising is how many people have hung in there so long up to this point....
