We are not seeing these shares enter the market right now. I suspect that shares are being held for market entry after license. Right now the market activity is geared towards accumulation although we are seeing some day traders flipping shares. Look for .0495 low with .0531 resistance on low volume. If license takes much longer you may see a bounce off the 200SMA so I would personally be patient and set up a two tiered GTC Buy Limit order. One at just over the 200SMA .0487 and one at .05
