I believe if that was the case, they could apply as a producer or cultivator rather than only a dispensary. I believe there are 14 cultivators/producers that applied with the idea that they would supply to the dispensaries. Some of them are looking to be vertically integrated based on the names associated with the grower/cultivator/dispensary listings.
