I would say that tells us one of two things:
One: For some reason it was decided not to apply for the license to do any of the things a license would be needed for.
Two: We may have gone into business with another party, and, the license is in their name.
That is the only logical conclusions I can come to. There are variations of the above , of course , but , I would say it has to be one of the two. The fact they are keeping it under hat as to the progress in that, is a good thing with all of the haters out there. Dammed if we do, and , dammed if we don't .....screw em , let em guess. JMO GLTA
