It is a PR and when a company has to clarify or amend, that's not a good thing. And sure they are going to use cheerful words like "excited." Do you think they are going to say, "we are disappointed to report that things got screwed up?" It's called spin. It's employed all the time. Don't be surprised if the stock reacts poorly to this news.
