Wouldn't an accelerated trial that gets a phase 3 nod make a buyout possible under 12 months?  Some on the board have suggested fast tracking could happen here with very good initial results.  If Kevetrin is truly as great as we're hearing from CTIX leadership, we shouldn't be surprised if that happened.  I'd think any potential buyer would try to step in before this gets too costly for them.
