LMAO... is THIS self-proclaimed trading regs expert certified in anything? Any credentials that are OFFERED to establish expertise and credibility? 24/7/365 SMB presence rules out any employment of an official agency post!
I've seen NOTHING except sycophant-TROLL slobberings asserting this is an expert ... nothing ACTUALLY CREDIBLE to confirm any training or expertise in stock trading regulations.
Like you, all I see are frequent massive CUT&PASTE projects and RAMBLING DOUBLE-SPEAK efforts made to TALK OVER & THROUGH everyone who is less familiar with the thousands of pages of regs!
