speed was over 14 knots on another site which is why i said good speed

if they are going to haul 4 panamax of wheat in 6 weeks... assume much of it coming from ese or S of such- now summer wheat -poor yields in 7-10" annual precip without irrigation and no reliable source of irrigation apart from columbia river up north and east at mexicali
