$HALB certainly seems to be setting up for a nice run. Seems a lot more shares are being traded in the last 2-3 weeks. I'm not as concerned about the PPS dropping since it does fluctuate. News could be out in the next few weeks in my opinion and when it comes we could see a $1 per share.
