Full disclosure.
I have financial statements for 2012 and 2013 that were provided under nondisclosure agreements. I have also read carefully all the publicly available information regarding the company. I have carefully watched the stock trade for several years, reviewed all the trading information from a variety of sources and along with a few very close associates in the past two years patiently acquired more the 5% of the shares not held by Gerry Lenfest.
Joe appears to be the second largest shareholder after Gerry Lenfest at around 15% of the non-Lenfest shares.
Management and directors collectively own more than 34% of the non-Lenfest owned shares.
I am convinced the shares my little group bought over the past two years were markers not shares.

There are shorted shares here, there will be a dividend paid, and investors are likely to realize financial gains commensurate with the number of shares that they have acquired.
