All I can say is wow, that fella will be in a lot of trouble if he keeps that up! I look at it like this, if the CEO of FITX is anywhere near the cowboy that the bashers paint him to out be, I would think their bashing and or articles on FITX would motivate him even more to attain that license.

That aside, I've mentioned my concerns about FITX and get bashed, however I'm still a shareholder and these are some of the reasons I believe that FITX will attain that license. They do have the building they said they were going to build and are getting things straight with Lakeshore, that's a fact with a Lakeshore town meeting video to back it up.

It seems as though the wave of MMJ plays that were a scam have been halted or put out of business by the SEC. FITX like all the MMJ stocks have more than likely been investigated or at the least looked at by the SEC and no halt about false information therefore I have to believe that the SEC is doing their job.

They did submit an application to HC and are awaiting the inspection which may come any day, that will quiet everyone of the bashers and if not, who really cares, you don't have to read their crap anyway.

What I'm looking forward to as much as the license are audited financials by the new auditor, that would be a huge plus and would also rally the shares. Hoping/expecting to see audited financials which are due mid August unless they file a 15 day extension like last month and then of course they would be due on the 30th of August.
