Oh because it happened BEFORE with NVIDIA and Bigger Companies
It is very easy (relatively speaking) for a company of NTEK to send out a press release!
FOXCONN on the other hand, has to go through huge amounts of divisions and people!
And since we do not know, maybe they do not want the terms of the deal disclosed (that would make sense, since escrow is not normal)
I honestly think NTEK received a deal, that FOXCONN does not want other companies asking for, especially penny stocks!
