Do you mean why Foxconn was given the shares?
Foxconn, as from what I have been told took (40 Million shares) instead of making the NP-1's on Credit, and told NTEK as soon as you qualify for credit or pay us back we will return the shares!
So essentially for collateral to make sure they are paid!
If you mean why would they not want the information released, not Knowing every detail of the deal I could not say! But think this is an exception they do not want to make, kind of bet on NTEK!
They DO NOT WANT to be paid in shares FROM PENNY STOCKS, I think they made the exception for Ntek because they saw the product and potential!
