Pro: Good question. What they couldn't have known before March 11, 2013, the day they took their scheme public, is that Mary Jo White would be appointed as new Chair of SEC in April 2013. Plain common sense could rather easily predict that it was only a matter of time before their (the IEquity/SKTO/AEGY perps) number was up.
