Actually, this is a pattern since about 10:30am yesterday. Draw a line on the 5 day 15 min chart at .0517. It is pretty darn consistent. Excellent way to leak shares in to the market and not totally kill the PPS. And guess what? It just happened again!!! And predictably it stopped at .0517!!!
