Tabere correct if I am wrong but Escrow is different!
Ntek could buyback the shares that are in escrow, and it would not be considered open market. I do not think? Correct me if I am wrong?
Because the escrow is because the shares are more being used as collateral (So They are being loaned to Foxconn, with the option to buyback, or I thought establish credit and they be returned was another stipulation?)
They are not really open market, because right now no one can sell them!
