Agreed. This divestiture deal is interesting. Mikah will own Isradipine and Loxapine. Loxapine is on their approved drug list but shows as discontinued in the orange book. These products get divested because they would create a monopoly otherwise. So in order to avoid collusion they will launch these products but I believe the reason we have not seen Isradipine on Elite's website is because they were waiting for this to occur,

It all does raise all sorts of questions. Launching of Phendimetrazine which should be soon may help clear up the picture.
