According to Fidelity: Immediately on lifting the CE.
They said they didn't want just the OTC Pink Limited with the rest of the CE page, but they want to see the entire CE page gone.
I may call Sharebuilder as well to confirm their individual policy. Would suggest that anyone with a broker who doesn't permit buying of BCAP call them now to understand when they'll be able to trade.
