I believe GC will use "Financial Engineering" to uplist by the end of the year. Gerald and the BOD/BOA are all large shareholders and do not want a large R/S any more than any of us want one.
It is absolutely necessary to uplist to a national exchange if the company is to advance. Most institutions will not even look at this company while it is still on the OTC, infact, most have a 500m market cap/$5pps minimum to invest.
GC sounds confident about uplisting with the possibility of not doing a R/S. I don't believe he is counting on the market to get our pps to $2.00 on good news catalists alone. a 15X increase in 5 months is possible but not realistic IMO.
Instead, I think a surprise announcement is in the works involving a spinoff, large cash infusion from a large pharma or some other form of "financial engineering" we are not considering. The hiring of Donald Huffman yesterday supports my opinion on the idea that something is in the works.
The next few weeks will be interesting for sure...
