Clark reported an Aug 29 motion coming in the CA case -although brad in his reply to lucky almost seemed to attach greater significance than normally attaches to a mere motion-
look forward to the day brad feels he can communicate and give us PR's and financials, including progress on dtc, if dtc, under continued pressure from congress, follows thru on its own whitepaper due process procedures.
given all the games geo imo played in tx and the 1 sided character of the tx case as drafted,even though i've been expecting an improvement in the legal system,i didnt expect that good of a result from tx -which geo imo was hoping to use to destroy bob et al and take many more times from bob et al than they got from brad's buyout
if dtc finally recognizes due process, i think we'll look back and see tx resolution as the beginning of the comeback
