Don't be so sure.  I'd wager KMAG is as far along as they are, if not further. I hope for the shareholders and management there, they do get relisted.

IMO the SEC has over-reacted with several companies with pressure from above to show "action" to impress the voting masses.  Now that the election is over, it could get interesting.
