I believe all BCAP shareholders will do very well from this investment.
BCAP has progressed beyond the RIGH defaulted debt, meaning that even with the RIGH loan in default and currently unpaid, BCAP has been able to generate new business with new clients and at the same time turn net profits since 2012.
When Matt takes RIGH through Chapter 11 it'll have a huge positive effect on BCAP's balance sheet.
The current financials indicate a new IPO sometime within the next 9 trading weeks (the end of this current Q), so that'll be another major revenue boost for BCAP.
