I agree with you to a certain extent.Where it differs is the "nearness" of data to the initial dosing.I for one believe that they know a lot more today than they did yesterday and will know more tomorrow , etc.

Any fence sitters or larger players who want to get in before this rocket takes off is dangerously close to being out of time.

That's why the PR on initial dosing was hoped to spark things,not in and of itself but as the "signal"of the nearness of major PR's.If the SP spikes today or tomorrow,it will be from anticipation of major news,not today's PR.
