I agree that it's going to take news about data, OR progress on getting Prurisol to human trials, for a huge move.

However I think the real size of this move needs to be measured from when evidently people knew about the press release -- which was yesterday right before the close. Take a look at this chart to see what I mean:

So I think we're really up 8-10% on this press release.
