One of the reason for that is that the ,' list' is specific for clients who have a prescription who need a vendor who can supply them. In order do supply, first, you must have one, second, the supply must pass muster according to MMPR regs. I do not know the above for sure, but, I am thinking this may be the case for those two companies. Now, that said, if they are growing, then, perhaps only to supplement other growers with supply ???
