This Australian export tax of 30% if applied/enforced of course more than equalizes the playing field between Australia and the rest of the world since China gets  much ore from Australia-partly due to lower shipping costs from Australia to China(hint-since most are geographically deficient, Australia is much closer to China than Chinas other iron import markets)
