My opinion Allbets is as long as they are showing progress and we have " more now " than  " we did " on the last 10 Q, I'll be a happy camper. It is taking longer than we all hoped for but everything is coming together. And  that's all we " patient people can hope. Truthfully, why anybody would be so unhappy with Teco ,and still own shares is beyond me. I am as frustrated as the next guy, but not enough to post it on these boards.   Go TEco
